The Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Creative Industries (UGAPAFOCI) is a non-partisan parliamentary forum established to promote culture as a vital instrument in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and Uganda Vision 2040.
This forum operates as a member-based organization, exclusively open to Members of Parliament, with management responsibilities delegated to hired personnel who are accountable to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee comprises elected Members of Parliament and serves as the governing body responsible for decision-making.
